About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team which includes a prescribing clinical pharmacist. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your prescribing qualifications and clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based medication management and direct patient care.

You will provide care to people and their whanau, work collaboratively with the rest of the team to provide accessible and equitable care.

Nurse Prescriber/ Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Prescriber / Practitioner to join our supportive team.

We provide acute care services, local rest home rounds and outreach clinics (run collaboratively with Māori Health Provider)
Our clinic has a team of 8 GPs, 1 physician associate, 1 nurse prescriber, 14 skilled nurses,1 health improvement practitioner, 2 health coaches and 10 reception staff.
